Tim Weikert, President

Tim is the second generation of Weikerts to run our company. He has worked in all aspects of the business for over three decades and oversees the development of corporate and product marketing strategies, and is involved in financial management. He has a BA in Marketing and a BS in Industrial Management.
Tom Granata, Vice President of Sales

Tom has over 33 years of sales and marketing experience and is responsible for the three divisions of General Films: Flexible Packaging, Bag-In-Box Systems, and Industrial Packaging. His duties range from strategy and planning to the development of diverse sales operations. He holds a BS from Ohio University and has completed graduate work at Georgia Tech University.
Gus DeLucia, Human Resources Director
Gus brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources through various industries, including chemical, automotive, and consumer goods. In his role as Human Resources Director, Gus focuses on strategic planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training, development, and leadership. He holds a BS in Organizational Communication and Leadership from Eastern Michigan University.
Mark Werhan, Plant Manager
Mark brings over 25 years of leadership experience in plant management and operations specific to blown film and converting. He is well-versed in manufacturing systems implementation, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Team empowerment, workforce training and coaching, total quality management, and good manufacturing practices. As Plant Manager, Mark focuses on Extrusion and Converting departments overseeing their 24/7 operation. He has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
Rick Bornhorst, General Manager Bag-In-Box
Rick started his packaging career with General Films in 1989 and brings over 33 years of experience back as General Manager, Bag-in-Box. In his role, Rick is responsible for sales, market strategy, product development, and supply chain management. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Miami University with a concentration in Industrial Management.
